Hi beautiful, I hope you've had a wonderful week!

Here is a quick video of encouragement of something God reminded me of today when I was eagerly (and softly) rummaging around searching for signs of life underneath the surface of my soil.

So many times we get excited when we see small signs of life from seeds we have planted, and in our impatience we start digging around because we don't yet see the fullness of what had been planted.

That was me today!

I saw 2 of my flowers sprouting their greenery as they began to bloom, so I wanted to see how far away from the surface my other 9 flowers were.

I dug around a little bit, but stopped when I saw 2 lively roots. At that point, the Lord reminded me to be patient while waiting on the fullness of what was planted to be seen on the surface.

I was understanding that the more I dug around, the more likely I was to disrupt (or even damage!) the plant in its infancy before it was strong enough to be fully grown (and I certainly did not want to do that!)

I hope you receive some encouragement from these words and how this real-life example can parallel with seeds God has planted in our hearts that we impatiently wait to see in real life.
