What is one of your favorite topics to study, talk about, or learn about in the Bible? (Seriously I would love for you to reply to this email and let me know!)

One of mine is mental health.

​

The world has been normalizing the topic of mental health pretty heavily since the pandemic back in 2020, but did you know mental health is actually talked about in the Bible too??

​

Because mental health is not talked about in many churches (or it is stigmatized and comes with a lot of shame), many followers of Christ only know what the world says about mental health issues and how to overcome them through its ways.

​

But if you look up Bible verses about anxiety, worry, fear, depression, and other mental health related topics God has given His people ways to overcome these issues through His ways!

​

That is why I created the below PDF for you to download and keep with you! 💕 It is meant to be a tool in your spiritual armor to help you the next time you are needing help.

​

I truly believe in the power of God’s word and our ability to overcome hardships in Christ Jesus. (I have seen His promises come to pass in my life time and time again!) Plus, is what Christ came to do - overcome the enemy and set us free - yet so many of us (myself included at times) find ourselves weary, worried, and feeling defeated even though we are already victorious in Christ!

So I hope this resource will help you memorize Scripture in the area you need it most so that the next time you are needing a spiritual pick-me-up you are encouraged to cling to Christ, ask the Holy Spirit to empower you, and then you are able to wield your Sword of the Spirit (which is the word of God) to stand strong against the enemy’s attacks. 🤺
